What this site is.

This site is published by Mansa Strategies. It describes what the firm is, how it works, and which positions are open. It is provided for information.

What this site is not.

Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, an invitation, a recommendation or advice in relation to any security, derivative, digital asset, fund or investment service, in any jurisdiction. The firm trades exclusively its own capital and offers nothing to the public. Correspondence proposing an investment relationship is declined without reply.

Accuracy.

Facts on this site trace to a record the firm keeps, and a fact that has not been verified is shown as a marked slot rather than filled with a plausible guess. Even so, information here may become out of date between publications, and nothing on this site should be relied upon as the current state of the firm at the moment you read it.

Descriptions of research method describe how the firm judges evidence. They are not a description of any strategy, instrument, venue or position, and no such description will appear here.

Positions.

A position listed here is a description of work the firm expects to do. It is not an offer of employment, and it does not commit the firm to filling the role, to filling it on the terms described, or to any timetable. An offer of employment, if one is made, is made in writing and is governed by that document rather than by this site.

Intellectual property.

The text, design, typography, code and images on this site belong to the firm, except where a third-party component is used under its own licence. You may read, print and quote from this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

The open-source components this site is built from remain under their own licences, and those licences are listed in the site's repository.

Links.

Where this site links elsewhere, it does so because the destination is useful. The firm does not control those pages and is not responsible for them.

Liability.

This site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for loss arising from use of it or reliance on it.

Changes.

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here.

Law.

The governing law and jurisdiction follow the firm's place of incorporation and are stated in full once the entity is registered. Until then, nothing on this site should be read as a submission to any particular jurisdiction.
